Jomolhari Mountain Festival — High Himalayan Nomad Gathering
Set against the dramatic backdrop of Mount Jomolhari, the Jomolhari Mountain Festival is a high-altitude cultural celebration held near the remote wilderness of Jangothang (Jomolhari Base Camp) inside the protected landscapes of Jigme Dorji National Park. It is one of Bhutan’s most authentic gatherings of highland communities, nomadic yak herders and trekking visitors.
