Druk Wangyel Tshechu — The Festival Above the Clouds
Held at the breathtaking Dochula Pass (3,100m), the Druk Wangyel Tshechu is the only tshechu in Bhutan dedicated to honoring the wisdom and leadership of the Fourth King, Jigme Singye Wangchuck and the Armed Forces of Bhutan. Set against sweeping Himalayan views of snow-capped peaks, it is one of the most visually striking festivals in the country.
